favicon in the current tab disappears after trying to visite non-existent webserver

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to http://www.mozilla.org
2. enter a non-existent webserver in the adres bar
3. press return key
4. Click OK

Actual Results:
favicon in the current tab has changed into the standard icon

Expected Results:
show the website's favicon
This bug can also cause sites to be shown with the wrong favicon in firefox 0.9:

1. type google.com into your URL bar now and press ENTER
2. press ESC immediately

The favicon for google will appear in the current tab! Seems like favicons are
not updated at the same time as the rest of the page.

I believe this has been fixed with the check-in for bug 109672. Now the icon is
cleared when the location changes (onLocationChange), not when loading starts
(onStateChange/STATE_START).
