The menu bar doesn't scroll down with the rest of the page. It keeps its
position relative to the browser window.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open http://www.bzol.de
2. wait for page being rendered
3. scroll down and see ;-)
Actual Results:
blue menu bar starting with "Übersicht | Politik | Wirtschaft" keeps its
position sticky
Expected Results:
simply scroll with the rest of the page
