User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1)
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040616

This page was looking perfectly right up to mozilla 1.6 final but from 1.7
alpha and in Firefox 0.9/0.9.2 started to do this strange thing; it happens
the same with a windows media player window. It does work fine in Netscape 7.1.
The problem appear only if you put the iframe (or the media player window)
inside a floating div (3 columns floating div layout).

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.just go to the page and see it.
2.
3.

Actual Results:
The iframe flashed badly on the screen.

Expected Results:
Shouldn't flash.

I am a web developer and I always try to make my pages work at least in
Mozilla/Firefox/Opera/IE but this bug really bother me a lot because a lot of
my sites use the same system and they all do have the same problem.
Please try to fix it asap because I really like your browsers and I would like
my clients to have a nice experience on my sites with them.
Attached file reduced example
It appears to be related to the scrolling script you're using. I've reduced the
html and css here, hope it helps a bit.

This looks like a similar situation as in bug 250416.
I haven't investigated it, but this could also be related to bug 132337 and bug
246138.
If you set the iframe style position as absolute it will work perfectly fine :)
Sounds like a dup of the "we need caching of widget changes" bug....

-go to http://hardware.no/ (and get dizzy.. whole page flickers badly these days)
-scroll two pages down till you see a small add in an iframe, middle of page
-click a "story-link" above or below it (while you still see the add)

result: as you click, the gif in the add brifly appears another place on the
page, in addition to its usual location
