Details
In todays nightly build (2000012609), the graphics around the toolbar look HORRIBLY corrupted, and the corrupted part looks different each time I redisplay that area. The graphical parts of the toolbar are left intact (The Forward button, Back Button, Refresh button and Stop button, and URL bar are all distinct and uncorrupted), but everything around those items in that bar is horribly corrupted and random. Translation: some pointer is pointing to junk when painting the background of that area. This problem did not appear in nightly builds 2000012309 and before. I marked this as a blocker because this is probably a stupid error that is very easy to fix, and the graphical corruption looks REALLY bad, it should be fixed before M13 goes out.

Corrections: 1) The corruption changes slightly each time a new page is loaded, you don't have to minimize/restore to make it change. 2) The corruption appears on top of any elements that are not enabled at the time. For example, when the forward button is disabled, the corruption appears on top of it as well. 3) When one of the active elements receives a mouse over event, the background right around it becomes uncorrupted (a blue square appears around the element.) 4) Build 2000012609 is confirmed to be from the M13 branch by Mike Shaver.

fortunately, shaver is wrong, and that is actually an M14 build. Ben already has this bug, so marking as a dup last m13 build is located at ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/nightly/2000-01-25-20-M13/ You can tell by the M13 in the name :-) *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 25126 ***
