$topsrcdir/browser/config/mozconfig  in Firefox 0.9.2 contains the line:
export MOZ_PHOENIX=1

which is not valid in /bin/sh, thus this is produced:
[keene@zee mozilla]$ gmake -f client.mk build
mozilla/build/autoconf/mozconfig2client-mk: MOZ_PHOENIX=1: is not an identifier
client.mk:152: /var/tmp/buildit-2146826677/mozilla/mozilla/.mozconfig.mk: No
such file or directory

changing it to MOZ_PHOENIX=1; export MOZ_PHOENIX  (which is valid) allows this
to continue.

1. gmake -f client.mk build

Actual Results:  
mozilla/build/autoconf/mozconfig2client-mk: MOZ_PHOENIX=1: is not an identifier

such file or directory

Expected Results:  
normal build
