When asking mozbot to convert a value that has a value 0,5 it will not do this. 
It only converts values as 0.5 , not 0,5 . It doe's not like values with commas 
instead of dots.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.mozbot: convert 0,5 inch
2.no answer
3.mozbot: convert 0.5 inch
4.mozbot answers
