I deleted the trailing ad spash text in a reply compose window, including the
final new line.  I hit return and Crash!

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.delete all the ending included text in a e-mail reply compose widow, including
the final new line
2.hit return
3.crash

Actual Results:  
Crash!

Expected Results:  
not crash

don't blame me if this is a dupe - all attempts to search the bug list crashed
(that's a different bugzilla report)

I assume you are using HTML mail, I just tested plain text mail, works for me.
