For new users, the way that Thunderbird inserts the cursor at the bottom of the
email is confusing. Like it or not, most people have been trained by using
outlook express to insert their reply text at the top of the message.

There should be an option to allow this style of reply by inserting the cursor
at the top of the reply. Ideally Thunderbird would present an option on install
to operate as much like outlook express as possible.
