251124 - After upgrade hardware and reinstall Windows mozilla.exe not startup

After upgrade motherboard to ASUS P4C800 and processor to Pentium 4 3GHz, i
reinstall windows and reinstall Mozilla 1.7.1, but mozilla.exe not startup
without messages.  Mozilla 1.7 not startup also. I download and install latest
build (1.8a2) - this startup normal.
