251131 - Cannot right click on popup blocker notification bar to bring up option menu

The new popup block notice says:
"Firefox prevented this site from opening a popup window. Click here for options..."

This notice looks like a toolbar, and on the Firefox toolbar, you right click
for options. However, right clicking has no effect here. You can only left click
to bring up the popup blocking menu.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit http://www.popuptest.com/popuptest1.html
2. Right click on the popup notice
Actual Results:  
Nothing.

Expected Results:  
The popup blocking menu should appear.

A regular (left) click made the menu appear for me. 

Not sure which is correct out of left or right mouse buttons. I guess right
should be more in thinking with most other functions like this.

it doesn't matter, but i think left is better you ask why?

here is why
i for instance use a laptop
when your using the touchpad you click with it
it would easier to click on the popup toolbar with the left since you would have
to tap to get the menu

i think to set as fixed

Since right clicking does nothing right now on the blocker notice, can we make
right clicks do the same as left clicks?

I disagree. Left clicking is a very uncommon action for opening context menus.
This bar should definitely respond to right clicking instead (or at the very
least - in addition to left clicking).

The Firefox popup blocker bar was modeled after WinXP's SP2 MSIE. SP2's MSIE 
supports right clicking on the popup bar. Shouldn't Firefox support this as 
well?

There has been an "Options" button added to the notification bar. However, the
status bar icon for a blocked popup is left click only, if you want to apply
this bug there.  Otherwise this should be probably be marked invalid.

And since we don't do right click on statusbar icons like the lock icon, it would be less expected there, not more.
