25116 - Link dialog - Advanced property values are not displayed

using build 200001252 on win95
1. open an existing file with an anchor element within the editor, ensure 
the anchor contains attributes such as this:
<A charset="US-ASCII" type="text/html" name="a-link" 
href="http://www.netscape.com" hreflang="en-US" accesskey="C">link</A>

2. select the link
3. select the link icon from the toolbar, the link dialog will be displayed, the 
href and name attribute values are displayed
4. select the Advanced button so the other attributes will be displayed

Expected result: the additional attribute name and value should be displayed
What does happen: the attribute name is displayed, but the value is not.
