A Download Manager should be able to take again a downloaded-Part after exit and restart. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Download a file 2. Close Mozilla 3. Try to resume it after restart Actual Results: It get's redownloaded, but not resumed Expected Results: The download shoud be resumed at the last downlaoded place
