Go to a site that has un-requested popups that you haven't allowed eg http://www.rediff.com 2. Look at the popup notification
Summary: When a popup is blocked and the notification toolbar is shown, here should have more contrast → Popup notification "click here" needs more contrast
I think the best solution would be to have a button like the xpinstall notification. Make the button a menu button with the popup associated to it.
This bug seems to be already fixed. Someone should mark it as fixed.
