251540 - critical update in status bar keeps reporting an update when none is available

the critical update notification in the status bar (bottom right) keeps
reporting that an update is available.  once clicked, it reports the update as
being "FireFox 0.9.1" - i am currently running 0.9.2.  i had multiple versions
installed (0.9.1 and 0.9.2).  i removed all versions, including 0.9.2 and
reinstalled with the same error.  i uninstalled again, and searched the registry
for 'firefox' finding a few entries but nothing seemingly important (entries
included default browser, last uninstalled app, etc - nothing to indicate
version, etc).

just to make sure, i downloaded the installer again from the site to make sure i
had the most up-to-date installer.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Uninstall FireFox
2. Install 0.9.2
3. FireFox reports there is a critical update "FireFox 0.9.1"

Actual Results:  
FireFox reports there is a critical update "FireFox 0.9.1"

Expected Results:  
Report no critical updates.

I am using theme Qute 2.1.2

how is this a dup?  this isnt a problem with an extension ive installed, it
keeps telling me FireFox itself needs updated to 0.9.1.
