I just updated to the current CVS and recompiled. From now on I cannot scroll a
select widget. The only items I may select are the ones that are shown when the
widget is drawn. I can't even pick a component in Bugzilla. Fortunately, the
'Browser-General' component is listed as third and thus shown directly.

1. Go to the above URL and try to file a bug for ie. Tabbed-Browser extensions

Additionla info I forgot: The scrollbar is drawn with no space to 'move'. The
up/down arrow are directly attached to the bar. Thus no move is possible ...
