User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040707 Firefox/0.9.2 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040707 Firefox/0.9.2 Will not display forums on this Web Page correctly. It is blank/white space for about 60 lines, then the real content displays below. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to www.astralpulse.com 2. Select Forums 3. See misdisplayed web page with extra page of white space at top Actual Results: Extraneous white space, empty lines, at top of page, have to scroll down almost an entire page for actual content Expected Results: Not adding the extra white space at the top IE 6.0 and Netscape 7.1 do display it correctly.
I feel that this bug has something to do with implementation of addMainItem() in some of given page's JavaScripts, but I cannot figure where exactly that function is defined.
DOMi is reporting the errant space to have a TABLE set to height="100%". It's not in the source like that, so the Javascript is writing in that way. The page is a mess anyway, should be Tech Evang.
Disabling the Javascript shows the page in a correct way, also when enabled i get tons of javascript error event is not defined etc (IE specific event.toElement) --> Tech Evangelism
