when a bookmark folder / livemark sub-menu gets the up / down menu items, they
should properly disable

I've got a livemark for mozillanews (http://mozillanews.org/rss.php3) and it has
so many items that the submenu takes up the whole screen and more, so I get the
up / down menu items.

when I mouse over these up / down menu items, we scroll through the menu items,
which is great.

but when I'm at the bottom (or top) the down (or up) menu item still appears
active, yet it doesn't scroll.

perhaps we could change how those special menu item appears when we're at the end?
