spun off from bug 228000. Print Preview is still available in the View Source menu on Mac OS X. tested with 2004-07-15-09-0.9.

only viewPartialSource.xul needs the patch (see bug 241066).

checked in the viewPartialSource part (using #ifndef instead of the wrong #ifdef...)
