Mozilla-Mac-M13 (01.26.2000) seems to be able to handle keyboard shortcuts, however, it only does it on a whim apparently. I have been able to reproduce this dozens of times. Go to any website. Hit command-Q to quit (or any other keyboard shortcut). Doesn't work. Now mash that key down for all you're worth and then start pounding the button and click until you break a finger. Chances are, Moz got the point and whatever you were trying to do worked. Need to have fully functional (100% of the time) keyboard commands.
Yep, the behavior is pretty inconsistent ... *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 22529 ***

Was able to duplicate on M14 (01.28.2000) by rotating through open apps ("command" + "tab") and, when getting back to MozM14, pressing "command" + "Q". This is the only time I can get key commands to work (by switching apps).
