Using the mouse wheel to scroll through the message list sometimes results in an
'unstoppable' scrolling. The message list keeps scrolling down although the
wheel is no longer moved. Switching to another folder stops it most of the time,
but not always.

This bug also appears to happen with my e-mail client now. The combination of
software it happens with is Mozilla Thunderbird 0.8, Windows XP Professional SP2
and Microsoft IntelliPoint 5.2. Haven't experienced it in any other application.
The symptoms are exactly similar to the original bug report.

I'm duping to bug 202383 because it is a very similar problem and that bug has
more activity.  I'm doing this even though it is a different appliction because
this problem appears to be in the core necko/gecko rendering technology.

Reporter, if you feel this was done in error please REOPEN.
