252141 - Can't open firefox. Crashes every time I open because of TabbedBrowser Extension. Can't find how to uninstall extension.

I can't find out how to uninstall the extension so that Mozilla WILL work. I 
even tried re-installing, but all my extensions are still there and I can't 
find out how to uninstall just that one extension without loading firefox, 
because I can't load it.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install TabBrowser Extensions with a failed installation.
2.Close all firefox windows.
3.Open a new firefox window.

Actual Results:  
Program crashed and Windows asked if I would like to report.

Expected Results:  
Started to run firefox.

Sorry, but bugs in extensions are not firefox bugs.  File a bug with the
extension author.  To correct your current problem, you can use safe mode and
uninstall the extension:
