whenever I make a change on old old code, the code itself is duplicated. This
gives for example, repeated header and text multiple times on the same page.
When you flick between the normal and source tabs you can see the thing growing!
I made a bit of a balls of updating the older version but in the end unistalled
and reinstalled from scratch, so I hope it's not just me.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.any old html loaded from file
2. make a change
3. save (or, I think, switch between views)

Actual Results:  
repeats of the coding, repeats of the text and image in the browser display

Expected Results:  
not duplicated
