"The Bat!", commercial mailing software developed by RitLabs, is widely spread
all over people I know and many of them complained about the impossibility to
import their e-mails received with "The Bat!"

that's really a critical problem as these users will never perform a migration
to ThunderBird because of this. I have been a The Bat! user a while ago and a
switch to ThunderBird did really hurt me...

this request is based on thunderbird 0.7, which I see supports only Eudora,
Nestcape and Outlook.

I think we *desperately* need ThunderBird to know importing messages also from
this application as it's IMHO really widely used.
