Some steps to reproduce would be nice; the bookmarks-ptf element has a
datasources attribute and therefore should always have a database.
probably closed te window before it finished opening. it was a debug build... 
kinda slow...

This bug report is registered in the SeaMonkey product, but has been without a comment since the inception of the SeaMonkey project.
