firefox help has two entries for 'cache' and none for 'cookies'

Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. click 'help' 2. click 'help contents' 3. click 'index' Actual Results: two entries for 'cache' are displayed and none for 'cookies.' the second cache entry contains information on cookies. Expected Results: display cookie information under and entry named 'cookies.'

This has been fixed on the aviary branch with my index rewrite fix. Help is currently not synched on the trunk, so until I land aviary help on the trunk, it doesn't count :).
