Floating windows (e.g. Menu) possitioning problem when using multiple/dual/second monitor

Using second screen in multiple/dual configuration (me - laptop display & CRT
monitor) case troubles within showing floating windows like Menu, Context Menu
or Address bar offer. Those windows are shown on first screen, just next to the
edge of screen (next to the second screen).
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Mozilla browser (or mailer)
2. Move its window to second screen
3. Click "File" on main Menu
Actual Results:
Menu window (widget) is shown on first screen.
Expected Results:
Show this window (widget) in correct position.

Yes, this is an old bug. It's just exactly bug 215373, which was itself closed
as a duplicate. I imagine it's not all that difficult to fix, but I don't have
the hardware to work on it.
