252517 - history inconsistancies backbutton, forwardbutton, locationbar

Using default theme-

the back/forward button has a down arrow to the right/left of it
- the down arrow does NOT behave like a button
- click expands the history and click collapses it aswell

The locationbar has a down arrow
- the down arrow looks like a button but has no mouseover behaviour.
- click expands the history but a second click does NOT collapse it (couldn't
find bug # for it, new ?)

Suggestions: 
- Make them look the same and behave the same
- replace the down arrow with an up arrow when the history is expanded
- replace back with down arrow if history is collapsed

(this arrowstuff also should be implemented on the google searchbar)

Adding combobox to searchbar is one of possible solvations under bug 264199

They now look/act the same, but the up/down thing is WONTFIX.
