Whenever I receive an outlook/calendar meeting request, I see the text coming
with the ICS file correctly displayed in the mail window. The actual ICS file is
hidden. I can look at the source and cut & paste the relevant part into
"test.ics" to invoke the calendar, but it does not show up in the attachments
list, making it a hassle.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Receive e-mail generated by Outlook/Exchange
2. No attachment visible
3. Look at source to see that ICS/vCalendar is there

Actual Results:  
No ICS/vCalendar attachment showing up. If looking at the e-mail through a web
front-end shows the attachment.

Expected Results:  
The attachment should show up.
