rafael is getting clearance on distribution.

bits will be staged off update.mozilla.org for post installer of plugins as well.

Note: both flash and real install their plugins via the registry install method on win32. Since QuickTime doesn't use this method the NSIS installer copies the required files into our plugins directory if they are found. I believe our plugin code finds / uses the current install of both Acrobat and Java without having to copy the files.

I personally think this should be part of a first run experience. That way the browser can be used to download the missing plugins and would work on all platforms whereas the installer would only be able to do this for Windows and would need to be taught to show license agreements, download files, etc.
