25273 - Accept bug doesn't change to user's email address

Any user can accept a bug on behalf of the bug owner.  If you accept the bug, it 
changes the status to ASSIGNED, but doesn't touch the owner address.  If you 
accept a bug, it should be akin to taking ownership of it, and the owner address 
should change to the person accepting it.

From the discussion in bug 37613, it appears to me that mozilla.org doesn't want 
this patch.  (not in its current form, at least).  This will break their "way of 
doing things."

Given the current direction of the discussion, I'd like to see the summary of bug 
37613 altered to reflect the actual discussion in the bug ("Accept vs Take Bug" 
or something - gotta get the word Accept in there so people can find it in a 
search), then mark this bug as a duplicate of that one.
