this was inspierd by Bug 81642, it is not a dup of it.

On a bug page, there should be a set of links on top, such that

Create a new bug based on [Product][Component][Clone] [\/Pri] ( )Dependant

This is nice and short to do, maybe someone will beat me to it.

If we were to do this, we'd want a non-JavaScript solution. 

But I'd suggest we implement it in terms of a "Clone Bug" link which takes you
to a correctly-filled-in enter_bug.cgi, with text in the description saying
"Cloned from bug XXXX". You could then copy/paste the bug number into
blocks/blocking if you liked. This is basically bug 81642 - but I think that's
the right approach.

Although the initial comment indicates that this is not a dup of bug 81642, I 
notice that it was opened before I took over that bug and got it landed. To my 
way of thinking, there is almost nothing being requested here that is not 
accomplished by the ultimate solution there, so I am now marking it as a 
duplicate.
