The style of font (glow, size, etc) will NOT show in Firefox browser but shows fine in IE. :( Please help me fix this. Neopets is the main site I use.

The style of font (glow, size, etc) will NOT show in Firefox browser but shows
fine in IE. :( Please help me fix this. Neopets is the main site I use. Same as
in other chat sites. I think (not sure) its a style sheets related problem. 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set any glow shadow font style you wish.
2. Try to view it. 
3. Doesnt work.

Actual Results:  
0_o Doesnt work.

Expected Results:  
Seen the glow color, font size, shadow color etc for my (and others) fonts.
