When you open a new window by clicking "Get More Extensions" or "Get More
Themes", the new window's bookmarks toolbar is empty - doesn't contain any
bookmarks.



Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Theme Manager or Extension Manager.
2. Click "Get More Themes" or "Get More Extensions"
3. Look at the new window

Actual Results:  
New window has an empty bookmarks toolbar

Expected Results:  
New window has bookmarks toolbar with my bookmarks in it

I see your build ID as 7/16.  A fix for this was checked in @ 2004-07-17 02:21
