I have a manual proxy configuration, which I set up for M12. Now using M13 build
2000012520, when I go to the proxies configuration page, it has the "Manual"
radio button selected, but the text entry boxes appear blank. When I click in
them the information appears, but sometimes it is slightly mangled, ie the text
is too high or low, and there may be vertical lines added. The problem
dissapears after switching to another window and back.

Running NT. Not familiar with it, so I can't say what version.
This happens in the Linux i386 version as well. Kernel 2.2.13-4mdk

I know this is a dup but do you
know where the other bug went?
not sure, sorry (i did a search, but didnt find anything), but this sounds more 
like a weird textfield problem than a XPApps chore...  

18232 also deals with text fields changing when focussed (font changing when 
clicked)
