On any bugzilla page, and many other pages with a menu in a form, a random
proportion of the form menus (which should be closed) are replaced with grey
boxes which seem to be the size of the open menu.  The grey boxes are always on
top, even if the browser is not.  The way the boxes move relative to the window
contents is peculiar, as described below.

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
0: Launch Mozilla
1: Enter address http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2683
2: visually observe grey box(es)
3: scroll/move window - boxes remain fixed relative to screen
4: resize window  - boxes re-position relative to html text; even off browser edges
5: reload window - different set of pulldown menus are grey boxes
Actual Results:  
Random portion of my screen is covered in always-on-top grey windows.

Expected Results:  
Displayed closed form menus, that raise and lower with the browser.

Still seeing this with build 2004112206 on Mac OS X. Suggest changing to all
builds, not just Windows.

The forms on bugzilla seem to work fine, but the ones at http://www.edmunds.com/
display the grey boxes. First attachment shows this behavior. Second attachment
shows the grey box drawing over a completely different application.

I'm running Firefox 2.0.0.6, and haven't seen it for several months.
