Details
Make sure "Use Find As You Type" is enabled. Not sure if this is important, but I had it on so maybe it has an effect. Visit: http://lxr.mozilla.org/aviarybranch/find?string=html.css 1) type "/html.css" 2) press enter Expected results: - as you were typing "html.css" the link should have been green-selected - when you hit enter, you should have gone to that page.

i typed it in and it found the thing in the search box. If you type "/html.css "(a space after css) it will work as it is supposed to

This is a dup of bug 252371. What's happening is, it's finding the text in the textbox but not showing you that. If you hit ctrl+g, you'll see that it moves on to the next result. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 252371 ***
