Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Shift+clicking a link in Win32 and Linux/unix 2. 3. Actual Results: only the link get opened in the new page. Bu the no file picker is opening. Expected Results: The File picker should be appear AS PER THE EXPECTATION
Alt+click saves, not Shift+click.
