"Right click" or "context menu" keyboard button, present on most modern
keyboards is not working.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Press "right click" button on the 105-key Windows keyboard (one between right
ctrl and right "windows logo" buttons) when mouse pointer is over an active
Firefox window.

Actual Results:  
Nothing happens.

Expected Results:  
Context menu should have appeared.

The context menu key is not supposed to do a right click at the mouse position.
It is supposed to bring up a context menu for the currently focused item.

For example, tab to a link and then press the context menu key (or shift+F10).

The menu will appear under the mouse cursor instead of the current focus
position, but that's a different bug filed somewhere.

thanks for rewording and explainig it better than me, but the context menu still
is not brought up with the "context menu" keyboard button, at least on my
system, no matter if the document area itself has the focus or a link on the page.

sorry for misfiling this bug, apparently such misbehavior is caused by one of
the extensions.
