WINDOWS NT sp4 build id: 2000012520 Moving mouse over links on the left hand side of the page makes the links repeat each time you pass over a link and the graphics at the top reloads. This has been reproduced multiple times even after a reboot. I wrote the html and dont see any problems but it could be the html.

The problem is also there for linux with the same build of Mozilla
