Shift+Tab does not navigate to last field or link.  Tab works (i.e. navigate
forward on page) but Shift+Tab does not.  This bug is found on firefox 0.9.2
upon windows 2000 (I can't comment upon any others)

Navigate to previous field or link
Please give an example of a page where this happens.
This seems to only happen when my cursor is in the "google" area of the toolbar
