At cnn.com, if you vote with the daily poll on the main page, an empty popup
window appears and the poll results are loaded into the main window instead. If
you click the "view results" link instead, the poll results are loaded into the
popup and the main widow is unchanged, which is the correct behavior. IE 6 does
not have this problem.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to www.cnn.com
2. Go to the "Quick Vote" section on the main page, make a selection and click
the "Vote" button.

Actual Results:
An empty popup is displayed and the poll results are displayed in the main window.

Expected Results:
The main window should not change and the poll results should be displayed in
the popup instead.
