Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to end of Line 1.
2. Press DELETE.
3. Press ALT+O+P+P (Make Paragraph).
4. Press ENTER (Composer formats lines 1a and 1b, cursor sits at end).
5. Press ENTER (Composer formats lines 1x, 2y and 3z, cursor disappears).
6. Press ARROW+UP to put cursor at top of page or ARROW+DOWN to put cursor at
bottom of page.
Actual Results:

Expected Results:  
Line 1: <p><em>For some, kid in all of us.</em><br><br>
Line 2: <p>As Jenna 30th birthday</p>

and put the cursor at the beginning of Line 2.

I'm seeing really broken behavior trying to edit simple html indented numbered
lists -- when I hit space on a new numbered entry text line, I get a newline.
