25401 - quoted mail message appears backwards

This is a fun one!!

Steps:
1) Reply to a mail message such that the original message gets quoted.
2) In the compose window that appears, the quoted message appears paragraph for
paragraph in reverse order.  The last paragraph of the message appears first,
then the second to last and so on.  If you have a numbered list, the numbers
appear in reverse order.

This appeared in today's builds.  I'm using 2000012715
