User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040707 Firefox/0.9.2 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040707 Firefox/0.9.2 When composing a new message the sending account is chosen according to which account was active in the main window, i.e. which folder has been viewed at the time (at least thats my impression). I would really like to have an option to disable this for opening a new blank message. Something like: When composing a new message: * choose account that is currently active * !!!use default account!!! * use this account... [with this identity...] When replying that's a perfect behaviour, choosing the account that the mail was received from. (even identities inside accounts using extensions, and you can select the account afterwards anyway) I have several accounts, however, some with several identities, and I want to be able to send from all of them. But normally I only send from my default account, so I would prefer for a new message to have the default account preselected, independent of where I was when I pressed Ctrl-N. Actually I thought that was what the default was for... Maybe there is another way of getting that behaviour but I didn't find it. (Sorry if so) Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.
