Details

This page is 5 or 6 times as long as my display window.

If I click on the center of the scroll bar, page scrolls so as to move scroll
bar in the desired direction.

If the new position of the scroll bar falls under the pointer, scrolling
switches to an "auto-scroll" mode where the window scrolls non-stop to the top
or bottom of the page as though user was holding mouse button down.
