Firefox hangs when the 'browser.download.lastDir' user_pref in 'prefs.js' is set
to an unavailable network path.  There doesn't seem to be a time-out.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set user_pref("browser.download.lastDir", "\\\fictional_server"); in prefs.js.
2. Right click on a link then left click on 'Save Link As'.
3.

Actual Results:  
Browser hung.

Expected Results:  
Browser should time-out after not being able to find network resource.
