xpinstall/packager/Makefile.in for GTK2+Xft nightlies.

I'd like to land this on the 1.7 branch since it makes it easier to do GTK2+Xft
builds of security releases on the branch (and reduces the risk of our losing
the official GTK1 builds due to files being uploaded with duplicate names).
