In the new build (1218) which just came out stopped these programs and will not even let you load them up. Wanted you people to know what Microsoft is up to. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Install FireFox, Netscape, Mozilla or Thunderbird 2.Run Opera 3.Run Internet Explorer Actual Results: 1-Not able to the program prevents it. 2-No problem. 3-No problem. Expected Results: Run, but since thet didn't user was prevented from reinstalling them.
Is this the same as bug 233765? That is, are you running with service pack 2 and using a 64-bit AMD processor?
