When I hit CTRL-N to get a new window, it doesn't open the current page I'm in. It opens the homepage.

When I hit CTRL-N to get a new window, it doesn't open the current page I'm in.
It opens the homepage. Perhaps a configuration setting could be created to
permit this functionality. Thank you.
