User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.6) Gecko/20040206 Firefox/0.8
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.6) Gecko/20040206 Firefox/0.8

When I launch Mozilla Firefox on my newly installed Win XP (SP 1), the window
opens and displays menu and navigation buttons. The location toolbar and the
bookmarks will not show up.

After closing the window and re-starting Mozilla, everything works fine.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Boot the system, launch Firefox.
Actual Results:
Mozilla window opens up, but menubar and navigation buttons stay the only content.

Expected Results:
Complete the launch.
Clicking the download manager icon will open the download manager.
It is not possible to place the caret in the location bar to type a URL.
The bug is reproducable in another way, too: The program shows the same
behaviour when I delete XUL.mfl before launching.
This is not crash, so tweaking summary.
Summary: Crashing half-way lauched, toolbars fail / Win XP → Firefox half-way lauched, toolbars fail / Win XP
Bug not reproducible with Firefox 0.9.3 (Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT
5.1; de-DE; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040803 Firefox/0.9.3).

Sorry - I didn't notice that I was working with an out-of-date version.
